I help global organizations run procurement better: more reliable source-to-pay operations, tighter spend control, faster supplier engagement, and cleaner integration between SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, and MDG. Twelve years across managed services and full-lifecycle implementation have taught me how to turn procurement complexity into stable, scalable processes that finance, legal, and operations actually trust.
Most recently I led L3 production support for a global pharmaceutical client across the full Ariba suite, with S/4HANA and MDG integration through CIG. I have configured Supplier Lifecycle, Sourcing, Contracts, Guided Buying, Invoicing, and Invoice Reconciliation on programs covering about $20B in annual spend and 380,000 users.
Selected results: 99.8% SLA compliance against a 99% target on a high-volume global L3 queue, held two years straight; ~20% year-over-year team productivity gain through process redesign and knowledge-base cleanup; an L2 team of ten across two continents handling ~490 tickets a month; and the migration and merger of 6,800 procurement contracts during the HPE-DXC separation with zero legal or procurement disruption.

Ran an L2 support team of ten across two continents on follow-the-sun coverage, roughly 490 tickets a month across requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and payments, closing more than 15,000 operational items a quarter. Brought Kanban with WIP limits and review cadences into Tier 1 and Tier 2; resolution time on recurring incidents dropped and escalations fell. Supported SAP Ariba segmentation, data separation, and operational continuity for the Kyndryl spin-off. Service coverage reached 2,500+ procurement professionals and about 300K self-service users.

Full delivery lifecycle, fit/gap through hypercare, on SAP Activate, with a region-by-region rollout against a global template. Configured templates and custom workflows spanning the Ariba upstream (SLP, Sourcing, Contracts) and downstream (Guided Buying, Invoicing, IR) modules, integrated with SAP ECC. Integrated the Sabrix tax engine into invoicing for automated fiscal calculation and tax compliance, working through CIG and ECC.
